Bookings and appointments
Who it is for: Salons, clinics, driving schools, sports courts, coworking spaces
A diary that fills itself is worth more than any campaign. The problem with the well-known booking platforms is that they charge commission per appointment, put their brand ahead of yours, and keep the customer data, which is your real asset.
A system of your own charges no commission, carries your name, and leaves you the client list. Past a certain volume, it pays for itself.
The pieces
Appointment diary
A calendar per professional, duration by service, and gaps that fill themselves.
Slot rental
Courts, rooms or equipment bookable by the hour, with a calendar and upfront payment.
Automatic reminders
A nudge before the appointment by email or message: fewer no-shows.
Waiting list
When someone cancels, the slot is offered automatically to whoever is next.
How we build it
The calendar is the hard part: two people must not take the same slot when they tap at the same moment, and that is solved with transactional bookings in the database, not with checks in the browser. On top of that sit the automatic reminders, which are what actually brings no-shows down.
Frequently asked questions
Does it charge commission per booking?
No. You pay for the build once; after that there is no fee per appointment or per customer.
Can I take payment upfront?
Yes, by integrating a payment gateway. It is the single biggest reducer of no-shows in hourly rentals.
Does it sync with my calendar?
Yes. It can push to Google Calendar so each professional sees it where they already look.
