IT Txartela Tests

The project

A free practice platform for the IT Txartela certification: 27 mock exams covering Office, Windows, Ubuntu, Internet and OpenOffice, with a practice mode and a timed exam mode.

The challenge

People sitting IT Txartela — civil-service and job applicants — practise with loose PDFs and forum screenshots. The material exists but is scattered, uncorrected, and there is no way to simulate the real exam: 30 random questions against the clock.

The solution

An Angular single-page application with a bank of over 4,000 questions organised by program and version, since each exam call requires a specific software release. Two modes: practice, which corrects and explains instantly, and exam, which reproduces real conditions and only reveals results at the end. Although it is an SPA, the site is prerendered at build time: every test reaches the browser with its content already in the HTML, which is what sustains organic traffic without a euro of ad spend.
