Selling and customers
Who it is for: Shops, local retailers, workshops, distributors
Not every shop needs a full online store. Many sell perfectly well with a good catalogue and a button that opens a message with the order already inside: it costs a fraction and does not force you to handle payments or shipping from day one.
When volume justifies it, you add the cart, the payment and the stock. And in workshops and repair businesses, what saves the most phone calls is letting customers check the status of their own item.
The pieces
Catalogue with message ordering
Sell without building a whole shop: the customer picks and the order reaches your phone.
Online shop
Catalogue, cart and card payment, with stock kept in sync.
Click and collect
Customers buy online and pick up in store. You run it from a dashboard.
Digital loyalty
Points or stamps on the customer’s phone, instead of cardboard cards that get lost.
Quotes and invoices
PDF generation, sending, and tracking of what is accepted and what is still owed.
Repair tracking
Customers check the status of their device or vehicle with a code, without calling.
Stock control
Inventory, movements in and out, and an alert when something drops below the minimum.
How we build it
The catalogue is generated statically, so it loads instantly and Google indexes it product by product. Anything involving payment runs on an established gateway — card details never pass through here — and stock syncs with whatever you already use at the counter.
Frequently asked questions
I already sell through social media or messaging. Is this for me?
Then a catalogue with message ordering is your natural starting point: you keep the channel that already works and put something ordered, searchable and linkable in front of it.
Who keeps the customer data?
You do. That is the main difference from selling only inside a marketplace.
Will it connect to my invoicing software?
It depends on whether that software has an API or allows imports. We check before quoting, not after.
