Hospitality and point of sale
Who it is for: Bars, restaurants, cafés, food trucks
Hospitality lives on how fast the service runs and on the bill adding up. Almost all software in the sector is sold as a monthly fee per terminal, with features you never touch and your data living in someone else's house.
Here we build only the piece you are missing. You can start with the QR menu — the cheapest, and the one you notice soonest — and add table ordering or the POS later. Every piece works on its own and they all talk to each other.
The pieces
Digital QR menu
Dishes, prices and allergens always current, in several languages, with nothing to reprint.
Order at the table
Guests scan, order and pay from their phone. The order lands straight in the kitchen.
Floor POS
Orders from a tablet, split bills, and automatic routing to the bar and the kitchen.
Kitchen display
Orders queued by time. No more paper tickets going missing.
Table booking
Capacity, sittings and automatic confirmation, without phone calls or paper lists.
How we build it
What the customer sees is served as static HTML from a CDN: it opens instantly even where coverage is poor. What the team runs sits on a real-time database, so an order reaches the kitchen in the same second. At Smokelands, in Australia, that means bookings stored in Firestore and a dashboard where staff confirm or cancel each table.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy new terminals?
No. Everything runs in a browser: the tablet you already own, a phone, or an old laptop. If you prefer dedicated hardware you choose it separately, without being locked to a supplier.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The digital menu keeps opening, because it is static and cached. Table ordering and the POS need a connection to sync; in venues with poor coverage the usual answer is a dedicated access point.
How long does a QR menu take?
It is the fastest piece in the catalogue. With your dishes and prices in a spreadsheet, a matter of days.
